Why would we build a custom CRM instead of using Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho?

How do you decide if we actually need custom, or if a platform would work?
We run a platform-fit audit — mapping your actual process and data needs against what Salesforce, HubSpot and Zoho can genuinely do out of the box or with reasonable customization. If a platform fits, we say so and point you to the right page.
Isn't a custom CRM more expensive than a platform subscription?
Upfront, usually yes. Over time, it depends — custom has no per-seat licence costs and no platform-imposed limits, but you own the maintenance. We give you real numbers for both paths so you can compare total cost of ownership, not just sticker price.
Can you migrate our data from Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho into a custom system?
Yes — we plan a full data migration with validation, so records, relationships and history move over intact, and we run the cutover with minimal downtime.
