Flows that,
don't break quietly.
We design and build Microsoft PowerAutomate workflows — cloud flows, desktop RPA and approvals — wired into your Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Dynamics. With error handling and alerts built in, so a broken flow isn’t something you discover a week later. Senior teams, fixed scope, automations you can maintain.

— What we build
Four kinds of flow, one delivery team.
From a simple notification to a desktop robot working a legacy app with no API, we build the flow — and the error handling, alerts and governance that keep it running after we leave.

A flow that fails silently
is worse than no flow.
The dangerous automation isn’t the one that breaks loudly — it’s the one that quietly stops, so a week of invoices never got routed and nobody knew until the vendor called. We build error handling, retries and alerts into every flow, and hand you a clear view of what ran and what didn’t

Capabilities & stack
Boring tech that
ships on time.
We build on the Microsoft stack you already run — PowerAutomate, Dataverse, Microsoft 365 — cloud flows where there’s an API, desktop RPA where there isn’t, and real code when a flow hits a wall.
How we pick
01
Map before you automate
Some processes should be fixed, not automated. We tell you which — automating a broken process just makes it fail faster.
02
Harden every flow
Error handling, retries and alerts as standard. A flow you can’t trust to run unattended isn’t finished.
03
Governed, not sprawl
Solutions, environments and clear ownership — not 200 personal flows nobody can maintain when the builder leaves.
04
Right toolfor the step
A cloud flow where there’s an API, desktop RPA where there isn’t, a custom connector when PowerAutomate stops short.

FAQ
The questions
everyone asks before kickoff.
Not sure what’s worth automating? Book a 30-min call with a senior engineer
What can PowerAutomate actually automate?
Anything repetitive that moves data or needs a decision: approvals, notifications, file and data sync, document routing, invoice processing, onboarding, reminders and more. Cloud flows handle app-to-app work through connectors; desktop flows (RPA) handle legacy apps that have no API. If a person is copying data between two screens, it’s usually a candidate.
What's the difference between a cloud flow and RPA?
A cloud flow talks to systems through theirAPIs — clean, fast and reliable when an API exists. RPA (desktop flows) mimics a person clicking through an app’s screens, for the legacy or third-party systems that don’t offer an API. We use cloud flows first and RPA only where there’s no better option, because RPA is more fragile by nature.
When do we need more than PowerAutomate?
When the automation needs real judgment, spans many systems, or has to reason its way through exceptions, that’s less a flow and more an AI-driven automation. We build those too — see our Enterprise AI Automation work. On the first call we’ll tell you honestly which one your process needs, so you don’t over-build.
What happens when a flow breaks?
You find out immediately, because we build error handling, retries and failure alerts into every flow. You also get a clear run history, so when something does go wrong there’s one place to look — not a silent gap you discover from an angry email.
What does PowerAutomate development cost — and what about licensing?
The build is priced by scope, not the hour — a fixed number before we start. Licensing is separate and easy to misjudge: per-user, per-user with RPA/AI, and per-flow plans price very differently depending on how you run your flows. We size the right license during scoping so scale doesn’t surprise your budget.
Can you connect PowerAutomate to our systems?
Yes — Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dynamics 365 and Dataverse out of the box, plus Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP and hundreds more through connectors. Where there’s no connector for a system, we build a custom one instead of a fragile workaround
Can you migrate our SharePoint Designer,InfoPath or old flows?
Yes. We map the logic in your legacy workflows, rebuild them properly on PowerAutomate, and retire the old tooling — keeping the process and losing the technical debt.
Who owns and maintains the flows?
You do. We build on governed environments with solutions and source control, and hand over documentation your team (or the next vendor) can maintain — no personal flows tied to one person’s account.
