When should we use Power Apps instead of a custom-built app?
Power Apps wins when the app is internal, form- and workflow-driven, and lives inside your Microsoft stack — you get it in weeks, not months. A custom app wins when you need a consumer-scale audience, heavy compute, complex logic or pixel-perfect control. We’ll tell you which one fits on the first call, not after you’ve paid for the wrong one.
What can you build with Power Apps?
Both — we benchmark on your task in week one. Closed-source where ROI and latency win; open-weights (Llama, Mistral, Qwen) where you need on-prem, lower per-call cost or fine-tuning. Provider-agnostic abstractions keep you swap-ready either way.
What does Power Apps development cost — and what about licensing?
The build is priced by scope, not by the hour — a fixed number before we start. Licensing is separate and easy to get wrong: per-app and per-user plans price very differently at scale, and premium connectors and Dataverse add cost. We map your licensing during scoping so the running cost is clear before you commit, not a surprise later.
Can you connect Power Apps to our existing systems?
Yes — that’s the default. We integrate with your CRM, helpdesk, ERP, data warehouse and custom APIs through a tool layer with auth, rate limits and audit logging. Read-only on day one; write-actions gated behind explicit human approval until guardrails are proven.
Can you move our spreadsheets or Access apps into Power Apps?
That’s one of the most common jobs we do. We map the logic hiding in your spreadsheets or legacy Access app, rebuild it properly on Power Platform, and migrate the data — so you keep the process and lose the fragility.
