Move to the cloud without the 2am panic.
We migrate on-prem systems, legacy infrastructure or another cloud provider to AWS, Azure or GCP — with a phased cutover, validated data integrity, and zero-downtime where it matters. Senior cloud engineers, fixed scope, a migration that doesn’t become the outage everyone remembers.

— What we build
Four ways we migrate you to the cloud.
From a straightforward lift-and-shift to a full re-architected migration, we choose the approach that matches your risk tolerance, timeline and budget. (Need the cloud infrastructure designed for something already cloud-native, or deeper application modernization? See our Cloud Architecture & Setup and Legacy System Modernization pages.)
Lift-and-shift migration
Move workloads to the cloud as-is, fast and low-risk, when the current architecture is sound.
Rehost
Fast timeline
Minimal rework
Re-platform migration
Move to the cloud with targeted improvements — managed databases, containers — without a full rebuild.
Managed services
Containerization
Moderate rework
Database & data migration
Move databases to the cloud with schema validation and zero data loss, even across different database engines.
Schema mapping
Data validation
Cross-engine migration
Multi-cloud & cloud-to-cloud migration
Move between cloud providers, or design a genuine multi-cloud setup, without vendor lock-in surprises.
Cloud-to-cloud
Multi-cloud strategy

- Featured · Migrations that don't become the outage
Most migration horror stories happen because nobody tested the rollback.
Most “the migration went badly” stories trace back to skipping validation and rollback planning under deadline pressure — not to the cloud provider itself. Before we move anything critical, we run the new environment in parallel with the old one, validate against real data, and confirm the rollback path actually works — so cutover day is uneventful.

We start with a workload assessment — so the migration path matches your actual risk tolerance, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Capabilities & stack
Boring tech that
ships on time.
We migrate with proven tooling and phased patterns — not a risky big-bang cutover on a Friday night. Real engineering, applied to the systems you already depend on.
How we pick
01
Assess before choosing a migration path
Before we move anything, we inventory workloads and dependencies to pick lift-and-shift, re-platform, or a deeper rework — not default to whichever’s easiest to sell.
02
Validate data before and after
Every data migration includes reconciliation — record counts, integrity checks — comparing source and target before we call it complete.
03
Run in parallel wherever possible
The new environment runs alongside the old one, validated against real traffic and data, before we ever switch over for good.
04
Always plan and test the rollback
A migration without a tested rollback plan isn’t a safe migration — we confirm the path back works before cutover day, not during an incident.

Industries
Cloud migration, tuned for your industry.
Every industry has its own downtime tolerance, compliance requirements and legacy footprint. We bring playbooks, not generic lift-and-shift scripts — and plan the migration around your organization’s real constraints from day one.
Healthcare
Migrating clinical systems without disrupting care.
- Phased migration for systems that can't tolerate downtime
- HIPAA-compliant data handling throughout the move
- Validated cutover for clinical and billing systems
Finance & Fintech
Migrating under regulatory scrutiny and audit requirements.
- Compliance-aligned migration planning and documentation
- Zero-data-loss validation for financial records
- Audit-ready migration logs for regulators
Retail & E-commerce
Migrating storefronts and inventory without losing a sales day.
- Zero-downtime migration timed around peak sales periods
- Inventory and order data validated through the move
- Multi-region migration for global storefront availability
Logistics
Migrating tracking and dispatch systems that run around the clock.
- Zero-downtime migration for always-on tracking systems
- Shipment and carrier data validated through the move
- Phased cutover for dispatch systems that can't go down

FAQ
The questions
everyone asks before kickoff.
Not sure which migration approach fits your systems? Book a 30-min call with a senior cloud engineer.
What's the difference between lift-and-shift and re-platforming during a migration?
Lift-and-shift moves workloads to the cloud as-is, fast and low-risk. Re-platforming makes targeted improvements during the move — like switching to a managed database — for moderate extra effort and better long-term fit. We recommend based on your workload assessment, not a default.
Can you migrate us without any downtime?
In most cases yes — we run the new environment in parallel with the old one and validate it against real data before cutover, so critical systems keep running through the transition rather than being paused for it.
How do you make sure we don't lose data during the migration?
Every migration includes a reconciliation step — comparing record counts and data integrity between source and target — before we consider the migration complete, not just a one-way copy and hope.
What if the migration goes wrong — can we go back to the old system?
Yes — we plan and test a rollback path before cutover day, so reverting is a known, rehearsed process rather than something improvised during an incident.
We're currently on-prem — do you handle migrations from physical servers, not just other clouds?
Yes — on-prem to cloud is one of the most common migrations we handle, including legacy hardware and older database engines that need conversion along the way.
Should we migrate everything at once, or in phases?
Almost always in phases — migrating in controlled stages lets us validate each piece before moving the next, and keeps the blast radius small if something needs adjustment.
Can you help us migrate between two cloud providers, not just from on-prem?
Yes — cloud-to-cloud migration follows the same careful, phased approach, accounting for provider-specific services that don’t have a direct equivalent on the other side.
Who owns the migrated infrastructure and documentation afterward?
You own it, fully — the infrastructure configuration, migration documentation, and access, with no vendor lock-in. We hand over everything your team needs to operate and maintain it.
