Under
Two Weeks
A transparent, sprint-paced delivery process — refined over fourteen years and 300+ products. Five phases, one team, no surprises.

Discovery
We read your problem before pitching a solution. Stakeholder interviews, a technical audit, and a workshop to agree the outcomes we’ll measure — a shared definition of done, before a line of code.

- Clickable prototype
- Design system
- API contracts

Build
Two-week sprints, each ending in a working demo of the real product — no status decks. Automated tests, review on every PR, continuous deployment to a staging environment you can poke at any time.

Launch
A phased rollout, instrumented from day one. We soft-launch to a subset of users, watch the dashboards, and widen the gate as confidence grows. Pen-testing and a rollback plan are standard.
- Phased rollout
- Live dashboards
- Security testing
- Rollback plan

Questions teams ask
before they start.
Still curious? Book a 30-minute call with a senior engineer — no sales rep, no obligation.
How quickly can we start?
Discovery can kick off within two weeks of signing — often sooner. We’ll share a fixed timeline and milestone plan at the end of the first week.
What if our scope changes mid-build?
Sprints make change cheap. We re-prioritise at every two-week boundary; anything not yet started can be swapped without renegotiating the contract.
Do we own the code and IP?
Yes, exclusively. Every engagement is signed under an MSA with full IP assignment and an NDA before kickoff.
How do you keep us in the loop?
A weekly demo of the real product, a shared Linear board you can watch live, and a staging environment you can poke at any time. No status decks.
What happens after launch?
Phase 5 — Scale & Support — runs as long as you need it. We monitor, tune, report against the outcomes we agreed on Day 0, and extend the product as you grow.
